FOUNDATION:
Classic, all according to the project
documentation. |
|
|
|
WALLS: From prefabricate wall panels (elements the module 121 cm) and the
height (h = 230 – 250 cm), according to the
need can be greater than 320cm. The total
thickness of the walls is approximately 16
cm. All parts of the wall are permanently
protected according to the existing
regulations, from insects, decaying and
fire. The outer side of the wall is covered
with thermo insulating boards (Heraclites d=
2.5 cm) and finalized with “SEP” facade. The
inner side of the wall is covered with
gypsum boards and processed with
color wall paper. The inner
walls in the bathroom and kitchen are
covered with heraklit boards, the smooth
layer of mortar onto which wall ceramic
tiles are put. The walls are filled with
thermo insulating boards or mineral wool

FLOORS:
Final
processing can be done with hardwood
floor (parquet),
laminate, broadloom (carpet), ceramic tiles and
similar, depending on the purpose of the
room. |

CEILING: It is installed onto the
standard montage construction, and
finalized with gypsum carton
board, wooden boards or wainscot.
Terminal insulation is performed from
"kombi" boards or mineral wool, with
vapor diffused layer of PVC or PE foil.

|
BATHROOM, KITCHEN
and
MAIN HALLWAY:
They are performed according to the
project and technical regulations. The
walls in the bathroom and kitchen are
covered with wall ceramic tiles.

|
ROOF:
Roof is cover with Mediterranean tiles. |
|
CONSTRUCTION:
The basic carrying construction consists
of timber grides (beam) truss and wooden
poles with necessary insulation and
protection all according to the
prescribed regulations and project
documentation.

JOINERY:
It is made of first class conifer wood,
all according to the project standards
regulations. |
|
INSTALLATIONS: Electro, water supply
and sewerage installations are made
according to the regulations and
standards, installed into the elements.
